Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec is grown in a single vineyard at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley. The wine is mostly Cabernet with just a touch of Malbec.

The grapes are hand harvested, sorted and crushed. After several weeks on skins, the wine is sent to one third new and seasoned French oak barriques for 14 months maturation.

Purple red, Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec is medium bodied with bright red fruit flavours and silky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
