White Pinot

Curly Flat White Pinot is made with fruit from the winery's Macedon Ranges vineyard, picked at the same ripeness as the Estate Pinot Noir.

However, instead of being placed into a fermenter, the fruit is gently pressed over several hours. This extracts a pale pink juice from the grapes.

The juice is then fermented with natural yeasts in French oak barrels. Prior to bottling, the wine rests on its lees to build texture.

Pale salmon, Curly Flat White Pinot is a cascade of red berry flavours, cranberry acidity and talc like textures. Cellaring potential is two years.
