Jeremy John Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec
Wine
Flametree Jeremy John Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec honours Flametree founder Jeremy John Towner. It is typically a blend of 80% Cabernet and 20% Malbec.
Each variety is small batch fermented separately with natural yeasts. Once pressed, the wine matures for 14 months on lees in French oak barrels, a sizeable proportion new. Only the best barrels are chosen for the final blend.
Crimson purple, Flametree Jeremy John Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec has refined structure and power, generous dark fruit flavours and ripe tannins.
Made only in outstanding vintages. Cellaring potential is 15+ years.
