Freycinet Shiraz is made with fruit handpicked from Block 4 of the estate vineyard overlooking the Freycinet Peninsula on Tasmania's east coast.

As is the Freycinet way, all the grapes are vinified on site. The thumbprint of the winemaker is minimal, deferring to the character of the fruit and the site and season in which it is grown.

Deep red, Freycinet Shiraz is a full bodied, peppery wine with abundant dark fruit flavours and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
