Riesling

Hentley Farm Riesling draws from high altitude Eden Valley vineyards of sandy loam soils over granite. The soils and elevation produce vibrantly flavoured fruit.

The grapes are destemmed, chilled and pressed. The juice is then cold settled for 48 hours prior to cold fermentation. The wine receives minimal fining before it is bottled.

Pale green, Hentley Farm Riesling is a crisp, aromatic wine with intense citrus flavours and a bright acid line. Cellaring potential is seven years.
