Highbow Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir

Handpicked Wines Highbow Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir draws solely from the rolling hills of Highbow Hill Vineyard, first planted in 1998 just north of the Yarra Glen township in the Yarra Valley.

Handpicked have invested heavily in the Highbow Hill Vineyard, planting new blocks in 2015, 2016 and 2018. The vineyard is maintained along organic principles.

Fruit from select blocks is handpicked, hand sorted and vinified in hand plunged open fermenters. The wine then matures in new and seasoned French oak from a selection of Burgundian coopers.

Bright red, Handpicked Wines Highbow Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir has deep fruit flavours, fine tannins and a silky texture. It is made only in small quantities. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
