Cherubino Ovale Margaret River Rosé

Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Ovale Margaret River Rosé is made with parcels of Grenache from the Willows Vineyard in Margaret River, grown on a northern aspect.

The juice is held on the grape skins for six hours to gain a pink hue before pressing. Half is then fermented in 1-2 year old oak while the rest ferments in tank. The wine is bottled immediately after fermentation.

Pale pink, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Ovale Margaret River Rosé has bright red fruit flavours, fine acidity and subtle oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
