Oakdene Ly Ly Pinot Gris is estate grown near Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula. The site has a distinct maritime influence from Port Phillip Bay and Bass Strait.

The fruit is crushed and its juice run to barrel where it is inoculated with yeast. Fermentation takes place over 10 days. The wine then matures in new and seasoned French oak barriques with regular stirring.

Pale salmon pink, Oakdene Ly Ly Pinot Gris is medium bodied yet crisp and juicy with textural oak, lively acidity and persistence. Cellaring potential is four years.
