Montalto Pinot Gris is made with the best parcels of fruit from the estate vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula, a region known for its maritime climate.

The wine is crafted to reflect the style of the Pinot Gris wines of Alsace in France: richly flavoured and highly textural. It undergoes natural fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels and maturation on lees.

Bright straw, Montalto Pinot Gris is fresh with abundant primary fruit flavours and generous texture. Cellaring potential is five years.
