Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Gris is made with fruit hand harvested from a selection of estate vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula.

Most of the fruit is whole bunch pressed to stainless steel, where it ferments on fluffy lees with indigenous yeasts. The remainder is whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation.

Most of the wine also undergoes natural malolactic fermentation. Prior to bottling, there is no fining or filtration.

Pale yellow, Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Gris is texturally driven and savoury with intriguing fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is two years.
