Handpicked Wines Collection Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay is a blend of P58 and Mendoza clone fruit from the Capella Vineyard and other select Mornington Peninsula sites.

The whole bunch pressed juice is fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels, partially with wild yeasts. The wine is aged in the same barrels for about one year with regular stirring and partial malolactic fermentation.

Bright yellow, Handpicked Wines Collection Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay has ripe fruit flavours, mineral edge and a fresh finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
