Dancing Fig
Wine
Coriole Dancing Fig is a classic blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Shiraz from several family vineyards throughout McLaren Vale.
The Mourvèdre is from Willunga in McLaren Vale's south on slaty soils, while the Grenache and Shiraz are grown further north in terra rossa soils. The Mourvèdre and Grenache are co-fermented, while the Shiraz ferments separately before blending.
Ruby red, Coriole Dancing Fig is medium bodied, bright and textural with forest fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is six years.
