Gemtree Wines Uncut Shiraz is the inaugural Gemtree wine, sourced from the estate's certified organic and biodynamic vineyard in McLaren Vale.

The fruit is open fermented with natural yeasts. Once pressed off skins, the wine ages in new and seasoned French oak barrels ranging from 225 litre barriques to 500 litre puncheons. It then builds texture on lees over 15 months with minimal racking.

Bright red purple, Gemtree Wines Uncut Shiraz has lively fruit flavours with balanced natural oak and acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
