Wine
Silkman Shiraz draws from sites carefully selected to produce a wine of pure Hunter Valley character.
Fermentation takes place in open vats, the juice spending 1-2 weeks on skins. The wine then matures in French oak.
Ruby red, Silkman Shiraz is medium bodied and fruit driven with spicy, velvety tannins.
Cellaring potential is five years.
