The Lake House Denmark Premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a single cool climate vineyard at Frankland River in Great Southern.

Following fermentation and maceration on skins, the wine matures in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels. After around 24 months it is prepared for bottling.

Inky red, The Lake House Denmark Premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has briary fruit flavours, velvety tannins and a toasty finish.

Cellaring potential is 10 years.
