Willow Bridge Estate Grenache Shiraz Mataro is styled after blends from the Rhône Valley. Its fruit draws from the estate vineyard in the Ferguson Valley, Geographe.

The fruit is crushed cool to static fermenters, where it ferments for about a week. The temperature peaks at 28°C. Once pressed, the wine matures in new and seasoned French hogsheads.

Ruby red, Willow Bridge Estate Grenache Shiraz Mataro is medium bodied with fresh fruit flavours, sweet spice and a long finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
