Yarra Valley Nebbiolo

Mayer Yarra Valley Nebbiolo is sourced from the De Bortoli vineyard at Dixons Creek, where the fruit grows on an exposed, north facing slope.

In typical Mayer fashion, all the fruit ferments as whole bunches, is matured in seasoned oak, and sees little winemaking intervention. The wine is neither fined nor filtered prior to bottling.

Light red, Mayer Yarra Valley Nebbiolo has ripe, soft fruit flavours with a firm, fine tannin finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
