Granite Hills TOR Riesling is made from grapes hand selected from the winery's oldest vines, planted in 1971 and 1972.

'Tor' is an old English term for a prominent rocky outcrop or peak, many of which stand sentinel in the Macedon Ranges over the vines at Granite Hills. The label is reserved for the winery's best parcels of fruit.

TOR Riesling is made entirely from free run juice. It matures in bottle for two years prior to release.

Pale straw, Granite Hills TOR Riesling has refined acidity and a lasting finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
