Single Vineyard Shiraz

Aravina Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz is sourced from the winery's Margaret River estate vineyard. It is a blend of both their original and newer Shiraz plantings.

The fruit is wild yeast fermented in open fermenters, hand plunged and treated gently to ensure a more elegant texture in the final wine. Some of the fruit is included as whole bunches to add fragrance.

The wine softens in new and seasoned French oak for eight months before blending and bottling.

Purple crimson, Aravina Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz's bright acidity, tight tannins and savoury finish balance the fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
