Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Millbrook Winery Single Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from the Talisman Vineyard in the Geographe region, north-east of Margaret River. The fruit is handpicked in the cool of the night.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed directly to French oak barrels, both new and one year old. After wild yeast fermentation, the wine matures for eight months on lees. The barrels are topped up and stirred only once prior to light fining and bottling.

Pale straw green, Millbrook Winery Single Vineyard Chardonnay is both complex and fresh, with citrus flavours and tightly wound acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
