Fowles Wine Ladies who Shoot their Lunch Wild Ferment Chardonnay is made with a blend of fruit from the Strathbogie Ranges and the Greenstone Vineyard in the Yarra Valley.

As the name suggests, fermentation occurs with wild yeasts. The wine is then matured in many types of French oak barrels, each bringing a unique flavour. Typically only a small percentage of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Golden straw, Fowles Wine Ladies who Shoot their Lunch Wild Ferment Chardonnay is full bodied with balanced fruit flavours, oak and soft acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
