Bird on a Wire Pinot Noir is sourced from the Tibooburra Vineyard at Yellingbo in the Yarra Valley. The region is known for its affinity for Pinot Noir.

The fruit is handpicked at optimum ripeness. Around one quarter stays as whole bunches while the rest is destemmed and crushed. After fermentation and time resting on skins, the wine is aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Rich crimson, Bird on a Wire Pinot Noir is medium bodied with fresh red fruit flavours and earthy, spicy notes. Cellaring potential is seven years.
