Maxwell Wines Little Demon G.S.M. is comprised mostly of Grenache and Shiraz with a small portion of Mourvèdre. All the fruit is grown in McLaren Vale.

The wine is a fresh, modern take on the styles of Avignon and * Châteauneuf-du-Pape* in France. After fermentation, it matures for 12-15 months in a mix of older seasoned oak barrels.

Deep red, Maxwell Wines Little Demon G.S.M. has bright berry flavours, subtle spice and soft tannins. Cellaring potential is four years.
