Regional Sangiovese
Wine
Ravensworth Regional Sangiovese is sourced from vineyards across the Canberra District, including sites in Hall, Murrumbateman, Hilltops and Gundagai.
The grapes are processed as whole berries with no pumps used. Following natural fermentation the wine is left on skins for around one month. It is then sent to small seasoned French oak casks to mature.
Rich red, Ravensworth Regional Sangiovese is medium bodied with fragrant dark cherry flavours and fine texture. Cellaring potential is six years.
