Wine
Patrick of Coonawarra Grande Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is only produced in the best vintages from the best parcels of fruit.
The grapes are grown at the premium Home Block Vineyard in Coonawarra. With no more than two kilograms of fruit produced per vine, the quality and concentration are exceptional.
After fermentation, the wine spends 30-40 months maturing in 100 per cent new tightly grained French oak. It then ages for four years in bottle under cork before release.
Deep ruby, Patrick of Coonawarra Grande Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, opulent fruit flavours and impeccable length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
