Pinot Noir
Wine
Mike Press Wines Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard near Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills, planted to the Burgundian 777 clone of Pinot Noir in 1998.
The inclusion of whole bunches during the ferment ensures pure fruit flavours carry into the final wine. After pressing and ageing for six months in French oak, the wine is minimally filtered and bottled.
Crimson red, Mike Press Wines Pinot Noir has soft dark fruit flavours with fine tannins and a spicy finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
