Innocent Bystander Rosé is produced entirely from Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. All the grapes are hand harvested.

The juice sees several hours of skin contact to develop colour. It then typically undergoes cool free run fermentation, though in some vintages there is a warmer barrel ferment portion. The wine is settled to minimize the need for filtration.

Blush pink, Innocent Bystander Rosé has red berry flavours and a crisp, clean finish. Best drunk young.
