Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermoy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon draws from the estate vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. The vines, grown in rich, loamy soils, are all pruned and harvested by hand.

The grapes are transported to the winery – located right next door to the vineyard – and processed without delay. The wine matures for 18 months in new and seasoned French oak barrels. A dash of Merlot and Shiraz completes the blend in some vintages.

Rich dark red, Fermoy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has an array of dark fruit flavours with savoury oak complexity and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
