The MV Bush Vine Grenache

Chapel Hill The MV Bush Vine Grenache is sourced from low yielding old bush vines in McLaren Vale, which produce open bunches and small berries with thick skins.

Each vineyard parcel is hand harvested and fermented separately in open fermenters. This facilitates a long, slow, gentle extraction of flavours.

After basket pressing, the free run juice and pressings are combined. The wine is coarsely racked and aged in French oak puncheons to encourage complexity while retaining pure varietal flavour. There is no fining or filtration.

Crimson red, Chapel Hill The MV Bush Vine Grenache is light to medium bodied with bright red fruit flavours and a rustic texture. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
