Baillieu Vineyard Viognier is sourced from the Bulldog Run property at Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula. The vines are grown in well drained, deep loamy soil.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed and settled overnight. The clear juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to retain the freshness of the grapes. Once dry, the wine is stabilized and bottled.

Pale straw, Baillieu Vineyard Viognier's lush stone fruit and citrus flavours fold into a clean, dry finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
