Baillieu Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from the winery's Bulldog Run property at Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula. The vines grow in well drained loamy soil.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed to retain delicacy and freshness. After settling in tank, the clear juice is transferred to new and seasoned French oak barrels to ferment and mature. Only a portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Pale straw, Baillieu Vineyard Chardonnay is silky smooth with tropical fruit flavours and refreshing acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
