The Story Wines Whitlands Close Planted Riesling draws from the close spaced Croucher Vineyard, situated at 800 metres elevation in the Victorian Alps.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its flavour. Fermentation is stopped with a tiny amount of residual sugar to balance the wine's acidity.

Light straw, The Story Wines Whitlands Close Planted Riesling has crisp citrus flavours and a sharp edge of acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
