The Lake House Denmark Premium Reserve Chardonnay is made with outstanding parcels of fruit from the estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern, planted in 1996.

After fermentation, the wine matures over 12 months in new and seasoned French oak barrels. It spends the first few months on lees receiving regular stirring to develop texture and complexity.

Light straw, The Lake House Denmark Premium Reserve Chardonnay is full bodied and creamy with a long finish of citrus and spicy oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
