The Lake House Denmark Premium Block Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, part of the Postcard series, draws from vineyards in Frankland River and Mount Barker.

The aim of the winemaking is to showcase the freshness and vibrancy cool climate fruit. After fermentation the wine is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. At bottling it is fined with egg white.

Deep crimson, The Lake House Denmark Premium Block Selection Cabernet Sauvignon has briary fruit flavours and velvety tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
