Stella Bella Luminosa Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards at Gnarawary Road and Forest Grove, just south of the township of Margaret River. It is made only in exceptional vintages.

The fruit from each vineyard is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in static fermenters with twice daily pump overs for the entire ferment. The juice undergoes extended maceration.

Malolactic fermentation begins on skins and completes in French oak with minimal racking. After 18 months of maturation the best barrels are selected for blending. A small amount of Malbec is added.

Vibrant red, Stella Bella Luminosa Cabernet Sauvignon is opulent and highly aromatic with red berry flavours, seamless silky tannins and perfectly integrated oak. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
