Single Vineyard Hexham Nebbiolo

Soumah Single Vineyard Hexham Nebbiolo is grown at Gruyere in the Yarra Valley. The area's hot but short summers with cool nights are ideal for the Nebbiolo variety.
The fruit is handpicked and fermented in tank. Post ferment the juice spends extended time on skins to soften the tannins, sometimes up to 120 days. The wine is then racked to seasoned oak puncheons to age for 18-24 months.
Ruby red, Soumah Single Vineyard Hexham Nebbiolo has generous fruit flavours, firm tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
