Palmer Wines Purebred Chardonnay by Clive Otto is part of the winery's signature series which showcases the expertise of selected winemakers.

Winemaker Clive Otto is given unbridled freedom over the winemaking from vineyard to bottle. The fruit – all Gin Gin clone Chardonnay – is sourced from Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

After whole bunch pressing, the free run juice is fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels. The wine then matures for 10 months.

Pale straw, Palmer Wines Purebred Chardonnay by Clive Otto is a rich wine with precise minerality and length. Cellaring potential is five years.
