Millbrook Winery Regional Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre draws its Grenache and Mourvèdre from the Ferguson Valley in Geographe. Cool climate Shiraz from Great Southern completes the blend.

The fruit is destemmed and open fermented with a selected yeast strain. The ferments are hand plunged twice daily to gently extract tannins from the skins. After pressing, the wine is blended and aged in seasoned French oak puncheons.

Red purple, Millbrook Winery Regional Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre is medium bodied with plush berry flavours, peppery spice and silky tannins. Cellaring potential is three years.
