Wine

Hoddles Creek Estate PSB Pinot Noir grows in a steeply sloping estate vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley. It is a close planted vineyard that has produced quality fruit for a number of years.

There is no explanation for the name. Estate owner Franco d'Anna keeps the meaning of 'PSB' a secret from all, including his wife.

First released in 2017 the wine is made in small quantities. It is a handpicked blend of MV6 and Pommard clone Pinot Noir made with minimal intervention at the winery. It is bottled without fining or filtering.

Deep red purple, Hoddles Creek Estate PSB Pinot Noir has a powerful presence, arresting red fruit flavours, juicy acidity and a lasting finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
