Wine
Higher Plane Fiano is grown on the estate vineyard in the Forest Grove locality of Margaret River. In the region's south, it experiences a slightly cooler climate.
Up to 50% of the fruit is whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented in neutral oak puncheons. The remainder is fermented in stainless steel tanks. During 4-6 months of maturation on lees, the wine receives stirring to enhance the natural texture.
Straw yellow, Higher Plane Fiano is mouth filling and textural with a saline thread and refreshing natural acidity on the finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
