Wine

Bremerton Wines Bâtonnage Shiraz Malbec is sourced from the estate's Langhorne Creek property, south-east of Adelaide. The best fruit is selected before the rest is sold to other wineries.

Kept separate, the Shiraz and Malbec components are fermented in French oak barrels, followed by 14 months of maturation. The Malbec receives bâtonnage, or lees stirring, to develop complexity prior to blending and bottling.

Deep red, Bremerton Wines Bâtonnage Shiraz Malbec has red fruit flavours and white spice balanced by structured French oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
