Redbrook Estate Chardonnay

Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Chardonnay is made with Margaret River fruit selectively handpicked at dawn.
The fruit is gently airbag pressed with the free run juice continuously tasted to determine when the optimum point is reached. Wild fermentation occurs in new French oak puncheons.
The wine is then aged for up to 10 months with monthly lees stirring to provide texture and mouthfeel. Only the best barrels are selected for blending and bottling.
Pale gold, Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Chardonnay has persistent fruit sweetness, texture and savoury notes with a fresh acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
