Single Vineyard Block 4 Chenin Blanc

Aravina Estate Single Vineyard Block 4 Chenin Blanc is sourced from a select parcel of estate vines at Yallingup in Margaret River. All the fruit is hand harvested.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed directly to French oak puncheons, a small proportion new. The juice is fermented using indigenous yeasts then matured for eight months in oak on fluffy lees. After blending, the wine is lightly fined, filtered and bottled.

Pale gold, Aravina Estate Single Vineyard Block 4 Chenin Blanc balances dried pear flavours, subtle texture and fresh acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
