Wine

Quealy Musk Creek Pinot Noir is drawn from the Musk Creek Vineyard atop Main Ridge, where high elevation and rich earth ensure the grapes' ripening is never hurried.

A portion of the fruit is placed as whole bunches into vats, with the remainder carefully destemmed on top. Fermentation takes place using cultured yeasts. In total the juice spends around three weeks on skins.

For maturation the wine sees mostly seasoned barrels, with a smattering of new French oak. It is racked several times throughout ageing to soften the palate.

Crimson red, Quealy Musk Creek Pinot Noir has generous red fruit flavours, earthy notes and fine grained tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
