Oakridge Vineyard Series Henk Chardonnay is sourced entirely from the Henk Vineyard, planted in red volcanic soils at Woori Yallock high in the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley.

The fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed directly to French oak puncheons. Following natural yeast fermentation, the wine typically matures for 10 months on lees before bottling.

Pale green straw, Oakridge Vineyard Series Henk Chardonnay has layered grapefruit and citrus flavours, fresh acidity and a long, refined finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
