Gemtree Wines The Phantom Red Blend is a wine steeped in creativity and innovation. No two blends are the same from year to year, each revealing itself only as the vintage progresses.

The Phantom is a chorus of McLaren Vale fruit. Typically Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro (Mourvèdre) make an appearance, sometimes alongside Shiraz and Grenache, amongst others.

After fermentation, the wine matures in 1-2 year old French oak for around eight months.

Deep garnet, Gemtree Wines The Phantom Red Blend is consistently balanced and medium bodied with silky tannins, regardless of its composition. Cellaring potential is five years.
