Gemtree Wines Small Batch Grenache SBO is made with fruit sourced from organically farmed Grenache vines, planted in McLaren Vale in 1946.

This wine is handmade in small, experimental batches without regard for restraint or convention; it aims to express the joy and curiosity of winemaking. It spends around six months in 2-3 year old French oak, unlike its sibling Grenache SBE which ferments in a concrete egg.

Dark crimson, Gemtree Wines Small Batch Grenache SBO has lifted perfumes with juicy red fruits and silky, supple tannins. Cellaring potential is six years.
