Estate Grown Pinot Gris

Elgee Park Estate Grown Pinot Gris is sourced from vines planted in 1996 across the rolling hills of Merricks North on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed directly to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. Maturation occurs on lees with occasional stirring to promote greater textural complexity. The wine is then racked, stabilized and bottled.

Pale straw, Elgee Park Estate Grown Pinot Gris has ripe fruit flavours with soft nutty foils, finishing crisp and dry. Cellaring potential is three years.
