Balnaves of Coonawarra Entav Clone Cabernet Petit Verdot is made with Entav 412 and 338 Cabernet clones, which grow as trial plantings alongside the proven Reynella selection.

The fruit is mixed and cold soaked, then inoculated with yeast. After fermentation the wine spends five days on skins before pressing. Maturation occurs both in large format French oak and in tank for five months prior to bottling.

Deep purple, Balnaves of Coonawarra Entav Clone Cabernet Petit Verdot has fleshy dark fruit flavours and chalky tannins. Drink while young.
