Wine

Port Phillip Estate Quartier Pinot Noir, named after the French word for 'neighbourhood', blends fruit from diverse pockets across the Mornington Peninsula.

Fermentation occurs in open stainless steel vats with natural yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 10 months in predominantly seasoned French oak barrels. There is no fining and only minimal filtration.

Bright crimson, Port Phillip Estate Quartier Pinot Noir is fresh and juicy with soft tannins and a touch of acidity in its savoury finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
